Fright Night lands on a Saturday this year, and if there’s one thing we know, it’s that Poms and Pom people do Halloween like NO OTHER. Consider this your official permission to go all out...

Think a sea of fabulous fluffballs in Halloween fits, playing, zooming and making new friends, with pumpkins on pumpkins, ghosts ’n’ ghouls and lots of fluffy off-lead chaos thrown in for good measure ✨

Expect our iconic Pupuccino Bar, balls, bubbles, heaps of Halloween stuffies and dog toys to destroy in a secure off-lead space – plus one VERY special surprise guest lurking in the shadows... 👀

🐾 Pom people, assemble! Join London’s biggest indoor Pom meet for 80 glorious minutes, one huge venue and a whole room full of fabulous fluffballs ready to play, strut, zoomie and make new besties. London Pom people, this one’s for you.

🎃 And this year, Halloween actually falls on a Saturday – and if there’s one crowd we trust to understand the assignment, it’s Pom people. Consider this official permission to go all out. We’re transforming The Refinery Bankside with our epic Pumpkin Patch, pumpkins on pumpkins, creepy-cute props, tricks, treats and loads of Halloween photo moments. Costumes optional, but on actual Halloween? It would be rude not to.

📸 Even better, the brilliant Hannah Drimer will be joining us for professional photography – completely free for our guests. Get those floofy coats brushed, Halloween outfits ready and best poses rehearsed, then strike a pose and download your professional photos after the event at no extra cost.

🍸 We’re taking over The Refinery Bankside, an incredible south-of-the-river London location with a huge indoor space made for off-lead Pom fun, plus an outdoor area that’s pawfect for pre and post-event mingling. Grab a cocktail, order something delicious and watch the fluffiest takeover in London unfold.

🧁 No POP+BARK pawty would be complete without our iconic Pupuccino Bar. Let your Pom pull up to the bar, get stuck into a pup cup piled high with delicious toppings, sniff out plenty of treats and then head back out for toys, balls and more playtime.

🛍️ Fancy treating them even further? A hand-picked doggy biz will be popping up with accessories, goodies and plenty of opportunities to spoil your four-legged bestie. And let’s face it, a Pom can never have too many accessories.

We’re transforming The Refinery Bankside into a spooky-season playground with pumpkins on pumpkins, skeletons galore, ghosts ’n’ ghouls, creepy-cute props and a Pumpkin Patch ready for its close-up.

There’ll be Halloween toys ready to be chased, squeaked and snuffled, spooky surprises around every corner and plenty of frightfully good photo moments along the way...

Poms in Halloween costumes surrounded by pumpkins? The fluff. The outfits. The drama. Your camera roll won’t cope.

DRESS TO DISTRESS 

Halloween costumes are optional but very much encouraged.

Whether your Pom is serving tiny witch, spooky ghost, devil dog, pumpkin princess or something so wildly extra it requires a costume change halfway through – we want to see it. And let’s face it, with all that fluff, Poms were practically built for dramatic Halloween looks.

Better still, get involved yourself. Come twinning, dress up the kids or rock a full group ensemble. Pom people, this is your moment. Go completely over the top – we fully support it!

There’s just something about Poms meeting Poms.

From tiny pups finding their paws to distinguished oldies who’ve spent years perfecting the Pomeranian art of getting exactly what they want, every age is welcome to come, mingle and find their people... well, Poms.

Teeny-tiny, gloriously floofy, freshly groomed or rocking the windswept look – bring the whole fabulous Pom gang. 💕

Poms are tiny social powerhouses, and this is their chance to mingle with their fellow fluffballs.

Our safe, secure space means they can be completely off-lead – free to bounce from pal to pal, investigate absolutely everything, spark an impromptu game of chase or trot around making sure everyone in the room has noticed them.

There’s something ridiculously lovely about watching a whole room of Poms doing their thing – fluffy tails wagging, new friendships forming and a hundred tiny personalities all working the room at once. 💕

Our Dog Lover tickets are made for anyone who simply wants to spend 80 glorious minutes surrounded by a sea of tiny, fluffy Pomeranians.

If you’ve always dreamed of owning a Pom, come and get to know them properly. Meet them at every age, chat to their humans and discover exactly why these bold, affectionate and hilariously larger-than-life little dogs have people completely obsessed.

Need a serotonin fix? Consider this your prescription. Come cuddle some Poms, grab a cocktail, take approximately 600 photos and leave significantly happier than you arrived.

Bring your bestie, surprise a Pom-obsessed friend, plan the cutest first date imaginable or just book because being surrounded by tiny fluffballs, waggy plumes and Poms dressed for Halloween sounds like a frankly excellent way to spend your Saturday.

No POP+BARK event is complete without a trip to our iconic Pupuccino Bar – and this Halloween, the treats are getting a spooky little glow-up.

Calling all little monsters (and big kids too) – POP+BARK Halloween is made for the whole family.

We’ll have Halloween activity sheets, heaps of spooky dog toys and squishies to play with the dogs, plus our famous Bubble Bash – technically for the dogs, but we’ve yet to meet a kid who doesn’t get just as excited when the bubbles start flying.

Dress them up, bring them along and let them loose in a room full of dogs, pumpkins, bubbles and Halloween fun.

And if the grown-ups happen to have a cocktail in hand while all this is going on? Even better.

POP+BARK have 6 years experience in hosting safe events and:

• Make each indoor venue dog-proof and safe for them to roam
• Carry out a Risk Assessment prior to every event
• Safety check, sanitise and clean all the event props
• Ensure all staff are fully-trained and adept dog handlers
• Have one dog first-aid team member on site

ACCESSIBILITY

The venue has a wheelchair accessible entrance and there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Dogs attending the event must be friendly, well-socialised and up to date with their vaccinations (this will not be checked). Dogs showing aggression towards other dogs or humans will be asked to leave.
2. POP+BARK are the organisers, Pom Cafe is the event and The Refinery Bankside is the venue. All parties take no responsibility for your dog or its actions, you must keep them safe and if your dog harms another dog or person it will fall under your own liability.
3. Please check your Pet Insurance to ensure your dog is covered for public liability in the event they harm another dog or person. Should you bring more than one dog, ensure you have enough people to care responsibly them – suggested dog to human ratio is 2:1
4. If you or your dog are harmed by someone else's dog you must resolve the matter with the dog's owner - POP+BARK and the venue take no responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending. Should a fellow guest harm your dog, they will be personally accountable and all issues must be resolved as if in a public space - the POP+BARK team cannot mediate.
5. You must purchase the correct ticket to attend. If you are bringing a dog in your booking, all people in the party are then classed as 'Owners' and should be in possession of Owner tickets and in attendance with at least one dog.
6. If neither you or the guests in your booking are bringing a dog with you to the event, you must buy a Dog Lover ticket.
7. All children must be accounted for - children 16 or under are charged a reduced rate and children 6 or under are free but you must still order a ticket for them.
8. All dogs must be accounted for and we ask you order a ticket for your dog (they are free) please do not attend without a ticket for them. If you attend and do not bring a dog with you but have purchased an Owner ticket it will be at the discretion of the organisers as to whether you are allowed in - you will be required to pay the additional costs to convert your ticket to a Dog Lover ticket plus a service fee.
9. There is a No Refund policy in place due to the nature of these events - you must check you are available to attend before purchasing tickets. However, if in the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. All such requests are dealt with on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the organisers.
10. If the event should be cancelled you will receive a refund minus the booking fee paid to TicketTailor or a Refund via Voucher so you can attend another event. The booking fee is £1 per paid ticket. There is no booking fee for free tickets (dog tickets or Children 6 or under)
11. Dogs receive a free Pupuccino or a Pupcorn but all other food and drinks for humans and dogs are payable - the ticket covers entry only.
12. Please only bring Pomeranians and Pomeranian Crosses that are at least 50% Pomeranian - unfortunately we are unable to accommodate doggy siblings or dog guests of other breeds.
13. POP+BARK may film the event and footage could be used but not limited to: website, event and marketing promotion, social media content adverts and press materials. If you would like to request the removal of your image you can email help@popandbark.com but please be aware while we will endeavour to action any requests, on occasion we may not be able to remove footage once it has been published or in the public domain.
14. We reserve the right to amend, reschedule or cancel the event at any time. We aim to provide guests suitable notice of any changes.
