On Saturday 25th October, we’re filling The Refinery Bankside with a frankly ridiculous number of real-life fluffy clouds for one HUGE Samoyed Halloween pawty.

A whole room of lovely, fluffy Sammies. Seeing this many together en masse is rare – and genuinely a sight to behold!

Samoyed Cafe has always been one of the cutest events, ever. And this time? We’re doing it for HALLOWEEN. 🎃👻

So expect pumpkins on pumpkins, ghosts ’n’ ghouls, spooky surprises and one gloriously fluffy Samoyed takeover in the heart of London. We’re bringing our iconic Pupuccino Bar, epic Pumpkin Patch, professional photography, heaps of off-lead play and one VERY special surprise guest lurking in the shadows... 👀

Costumes are VERY much encouraged. Ghosts, witches, pumpkins, tiny vampires – although dressing a Samoyed as a cloud and calling it a day is also entirely acceptable.

No Samoyed? No problem. This event is open to ALL dog lovers. If the sight of a Samoyed or frankly any XXL fluffy dog – makes you lose your mind a little, this one’s for you.

THE BEST HALLOWEEN EVENT, EVER.

🎃 Join one of London’s biggest indoor Samoyed meet-ups this Halloween. 80 minutes, one HUGE venue and a sea of giant fluffy clouds ready to play, zoomie and pawty together. You simply do not see this many Samoyeds in one place very often – and trust us, it is a SIGHT.

📸 Your Halloween camera roll = SORTED. We’re going ALL OUT for spooky season with a Pumpkin Patch, Halloween props, creepy-cute photo moments, tricks, treats and plenty of surprises along the way. White floof + orange pumpkins = elite Halloween content.

📷 Even better? The brilliant Hannah Drimer will be joining us for professional photography – completely FREE for our guests. Get your Sammie looking spooky-cute, strike a pose and download your professional photos after the event at no extra cost.

🍸 We’re taking over The Refinery Bankside, an incredible south-of-the-river London location with a huge indoor space made for off-lead Samoyed chaos, plus an outdoor area that’s pawfect for pre and post-event mingling, drinks and even more photos.

🍝 Come early, stay afterwards, grab a cocktail and make a day of it. The Refinery has a brilliant food and drinks menu, so while the Sammies live their best fluffy lives, the humans are very well catered for too.

🧁 No POP+BARK pawty would be complete without our iconic Pupuccino Bar. Let them get stuck into a pup cup piled high with tasty toppings, sniff out loads of treats and cause absolute carnage with heaps of Halloween stuffies, toys and balls.

🛍️ Expect a hand-picked stall packed with dog accessories, goodies and plenty of opportunities to treat your four-legged bestie. Because obviously the floof needs Halloween swag.

🦇 Safe, secure and OFF-LEAD. Once inside our dedicated event space, the leads come off and the Sammies are free. Let them zoom, sniff, play, make new friends and unleash maximum floof while you mingle with your fellow Samoyed people.

🧙‍♀️ No Samoyed? NO problem. Dog lovers are ALWAYS welcome at POP+BARK. If you love Samoyeds, XXL floofs or simply want to experience what a room full of giant smiling clouds looks like, get yourself in here. You do not need to bring a dog to join the pawty.

👻 Bringing the little monsters? Kids are VERY welcome at POP+BARK. We’ll have Halloween activity sheets, heaps of enormous fluffy Sammies to make friends with, balls and toys, and the perfect excuse to show off their best spooky costumes. POP+BARK loves a theme, so you KNOW we’re not doing Halloween by halves.

We’re transforming the venue into a spooky-season playground with pumpkins on pumpkins, skeletons galore, ghosts ’n’ ghouls, creepy-cute props and an epic Pumpkin Patch ready for its close-up.

There’ll be Halloween toys ready to be chased, squeaked, snuffled and absolutely DESTROYED, spooky surprises around every corner and enough fluffy white chaos to make the whole place look like it’s snowing.

And can we just talk about the PHOTOS? Giant white floofs + orange pumpkins + Halloween = an absolutely ridiculous camera roll.

It’s officially spooky season, but fluffier, cloudier and significantly more Samoyed. ☁️🎃

DRESS TO DISTRESS 🎃

Halloween costumes are optional but very much encouraged.

And when you’re working with THAT much floof, the costume possibilities are frankly elite. ☁️

Giant ghost? Samoyed. Fluffy pumpkin? Samoyed. Polar bear pretending it’s Halloween? Samoyed. Actual cloud with legs? Basically already a Samoyed.

Go subtle. Go spooky. Go completely unhinged. Just make sure the floof gets its Halloween moment. 🎃

Our events are a brilliant way to socialise your Samoyed in a safe, secure space where they can be completely OFF-LEAD. No pavement hellos. No tangled leads. Just the freedom to sniff, zoomie, play, make fluffy new friends or simply strut around looking spectacular.

Because one Samoyed is gorgeous. A whole room of them? Unreal.

And trust us, they KNOW when they’re surrounded by their fellow Sammies. Watching them clock a whole room of fluffy white faces, curled tails and enormous clouds that look JUST like them never gets old.

Our Dog Lover tickets are made for anyone who wants to spend 80 glorious minutes surrounded by Sammie smiles, wagging tails and some seriously magnificent dogs.

If you’ve always dreamed of owning a Samoyed, this is your chance to get up close with the breed, meet Sammies of every age, chat to their humans and experience the absolute MAGIC of seeing so many of these incredible dogs together in one place.

Need a serotonin fix? Consider this your prescription. Come cuddle some Sammies, grab a cocktail, take approximately 600 photos and leave significantly happier than you arrived.

Bring your bestie, surprise a Samoyed-obsessed friend, plan the cutest first date imaginable or just book because being surrounded by huge smiles, wagging tails and an entire room of spectacular Sammies sounds like a frankly excellent way to spend a Saturday in London.

THE ICONIC PUPUCCINO BAR 🧁

No POP+BARK event is complete without a trip to our iconic Pupuccino Bar – and this Halloween, the treats are getting a spooky little glow-up.

Watch your Samoyed take their rightful place at the bar and tuck into a delicious pup cup piled high with tasty toppings, biscuit treats and all their favourite goodies. No tricks here, just treats.

It’s messy. It’s ridiculously cute. Your Sammie will truly LOVE it.

Because a Pupuccino isn’t just a snack. It’s a whole moment – and watching a line-up of enormous, smiling Samoyeds patiently(ish) waiting for their turn at the bar? Worth the ticket price alone. 😂

FAMILY FRIENDLY FRIGHTS 👻

Calling all little monsters (and big kids too) – POP+BARK Halloween is made for the whole family.

We’ll have Halloween activity sheets, heaps of spooky dog toys and squishies to play with the Sammies, plus our famous Bubble Bash – technically for the dogs, but we’ve yet to meet a kid who doesn’t get just as excited when the bubbles start flying.

Dress them up, bring them along and let them loose in a room full of Samoyeds, pumpkins, bubbles and Halloween chaos. Giant smiling dogs + little humans = ridiculously cute.

And if the grown-ups happen to have a cocktail in hand while all this is going on? Even better. 🍸

It’s big, beautiful and made for mingling with lots of floor space and comfy seating. 

Located south of the river, it's the perfect base for day out in the city.

• Don't bring pregnant dogs or those in season for the safety & wellbeing of all

POP+BARK have 6 years experience in hosting safe events and:

• Make each indoor venue dog-proof and safe for them to roam
• Carry out a Risk Assessment prior to every event
• Safety check, sanitise and clean all the event props
• Ensure all staff are fully-trained and adept dog handlers
• Have one dog first-aid team member on site

ACCESSIBILITY

The venue has a wheelchair accessible entrance and there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Dogs attending the event must be friendly, well-socialised and up to date with their vaccinations (this will not be checked). Dogs showing aggression towards other dogs or humans will be asked to leave.
2. POP+BARK are the organisers, Samoyed Cafe is the event and The Refinery Bankside is the venue. All parties take no responsibility for your dog or its actions, you must keep them safe and if your dog harms another dog or person it will fall under your own liability.
3. Please check your Pet Insurance to ensure your dog is covered for public liability in the event they harm another dog or person. Should you bring more than one dog, ensure you have enough people to care responsibly them – suggested dog to human ratio is 2:1
4. If you or your dog are harmed by someone else's dog you must resolve the matter with the dog's owner - POP+BARK and the venue take no responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending. Should a fellow guest harm your dog, they will be personally accountable and all issues must be resolved as if in a public space - the POP+BARK team cannot mediate.
5. You must purchase the correct ticket to attend. If you are bringing a dog in your booking, all people in the party are then classed as 'Owners' and should be in possession of Owner tickets and in attendance with at least one dog.
6. If neither you or the guests in your booking are bringing a dog with you to the event, you must buy a Dog Lover ticket.
7. All children must be accounted for - children 16 or under are charged a reduced rate and children 6 or under are free but you must still order a ticket for them.
8. All dogs must be accounted for and we ask you order a ticket for your dog (they are free) please do not attend without a ticket for them. If you attend and do not bring a dog with you but have purchased an Owner ticket it will be at the discretion of the organisers as to whether you are allowed in - you will be required to pay the additional costs to convert your ticket to a Dog Lover ticket plus a service fee.
9. There is a No Refund policy in place due to the nature of these events - you must check you are available to attend before purchasing tickets. However, if in the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. All such requests are dealt with on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the organisers.
10. If the event should be cancelled you will receive a refund minus the booking fee paid to TicketTailor or a Refund via Voucher so you can attend another event. The booking fee is £1 per paid ticket. There is no booking fee for free tickets (dog tickets or Children 6 or under)
11. Dogs receive a free Pupuccino or a Pupcorn but all other food and drinks for humans and dogs are payable - the ticket covers entry only.
12. Please only bring Samoyeds and Samoyed mixes that are at least 50% Samoyed - unfortunately we are unable to accommodate doggy siblings or dog guests of other breeds.
13. POP+BARK may film the event and footage could be used but not limited to: website, event and marketing promotion, social media content adverts and press materials. If you would like to request the removal of your image you can email help@popandbark.com but please be aware while we will endeavour to action any requests, on occasion we may not be able to remove footage once it has been published or in the public domain.
14. We reserve the right to amend, reschedule or cancel the event at any time. We aim to provide guests suitable notice of any changes.
