📸 Free professional photography! Leave the camera work to us. Our professional photographer will be capturing all those beautiful, hilarious and heart-melting moments throughout the event. There'll also be an artist on site illustrating pawtraits of your pup.

Our events are a brilliant opportunity for friendly, well-socialised Corgis to meet their own kind in a safe, secure, off-lead environment. No tangled leads or rushed pavement hellos, just the freedom to sniff, explore, zoomie and make new friends at their own pace.
Whether your Corgi is a full-time party animal, a professional ball chaser, a self-appointed supervisor of absolutely EVERYTHING or happiest pottering around collecting cuddles, there's something lovely about seeing them surrounded by dogs just like them.
Add in lots of human attention and treats, and you've got one VERY happy Corgi! 🐾

SAFE & SOCIAL
- Do bring friendly, well-socialised and vaccinated dogs.
- Do let your dog off the lead once inside our dedicated event space, but...
- Do keep an eye on your dog, as they remain your responsibility at all times.
- Don't leave any dog mess behind – please bag and bin it.
- Don't bring aggressive dogs to the event.
- Don't bring pregnant dogs or dogs in season, for the safety and wellbeing of all.
POP+BARK has over 6 years of experience hosting safe, social dog events. We:
- Make our dedicated event spaces dog-proof and safe for dogs to roam.
- Carry out a risk assessment before every event.
- Safety-check, sanitise and clean all event props.
- Have fully trained staff experienced in handling dogs.
- Have a dog first-aid team member on site.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Happenstance has a wheelchair-accessible main entrance and accessible toilet facilities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Dogs attending the event must be friendly, well-socialised and up to date with their vaccinations (this will not be checked). Dogs showing aggression towards other dogs or humans will be asked to leave.
- POP+BARK are the organisers, Corgi Café is the event and The Happenstance is the venue. All parties take no responsibility for your dog or its actions. You must keep your dog safe, and if your dog harms another dog or person, it will fall under your own liability.
- Please check your pet insurance to ensure your dog is covered for public liability in the event they harm another dog or person. Should you bring more than one dog, ensure you have enough people to care for them responsibly – suggested dog-to-human ratio is 2:1.
- If you or your dog are harmed by someone else's dog, you must resolve the matter with the dog's owner. POP+BARK and the venue take no responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending. Should a fellow guest harm your dog, they will be personally accountable and all issues must be resolved as if in a public space. The POP+BARK team cannot mediate.
- You must purchase the correct ticket to attend. If you are bringing a dog in your booking, all people in the party are classed as Owners and should have Owner tickets.
- If neither you nor the guests in your booking are bringing a dog, you must buy a Dog Lover ticket.
- All children must be accounted for. Children aged 16 or under are charged a reduced rate, and children aged 6 or under are free, but you must still order a ticket for them.
- All dogs must be accounted for and have a free dog ticket. If you attend without a dog but have purchased an Owner ticket, you may be required to pay the difference to convert to a Dog Lover ticket, plus a service fee.
- Tickets are non-refundable after the 48-hour cooling-off period. Please check your availability before purchasing. Ticket transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If the event is cancelled, guests will be advised of the available refund or voucher arrangements.
- Dogs receive a free Pupuccino or Pupcorn, but all other food and drinks for humans and dogs are payable. The ticket covers entry only.
- Only Corgis and Corgi crosses that are at least 50% Corgi may attend. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate doggy siblings or guests of other breeds. If you arrive with a dog that is not a Corgi or Corgi Cross you will not be able to join the event, tickets will remain non refundable.
- POP+BARK may film or photograph the event for use in website and event promotion, social media, advertising and press materials. If you would like to request removal of your image, please email help@popandbark.com. We will endeavour to action requests, although removal may not always be possible once material has been published.
- We reserve the right to amend, reschedule or cancel the event at any time. We aim to provide suitable notice of any changes.
