🍸 We’re taking over The Distillery with their indoor bar pawfect for off-lead madness. Grab a festive cocktail, order some delicious bites and soak up the festive chaos while your Golden makes all new besties.
🧁 No POP+BARK pawty would be complete without our iconic Pupuccino Bar and Christmas calls for a festive glow-up. Your Golden can tuck into a gingerbread pup cup piled with delicious toppings like turkey and cranberry.

From tiny pups finding their paws to distinguished Golden Oldies who’ve seen a few Christmases, every age is welcome to come, mingle and find their people... well, dogs.
Our events are a brilliant way to socialise your Golden in a safe, secure space where they can be completely OFF-LEAD. No pavement hellos. No tangled leads. Just the freedom to sniff, play, zoomie, make friends or simply potter around at their own pace!
And trust us, they KNOW when they’re surrounded by their fellow Goldens. Watching them clock a room full of dogs who look just like them never gets old, and add Christmas jumpers, festive tunes and a little sparkle into the mix and it’s a ridiculously happy place to be ✨
DRESSED TO SLEIGH 🎄✨
Christmas jumpers, sequins and DAZZLE are very much encouraged. Whether your Golden is serving cosy Christmas knit, Santa’s little helper, head-to-paw sparkle or something so wildly festive it deserves its own Christmas special – we want to see it.
Better still, get involved yourself. Come twinning, dress up the kids or get the whole gang sparkling. This is your excuse to go completely over the top – it’s Christmas, after all. 🎅🪩
MAKE NEW HUMAN FRIENDS

Our Dog Lover tickets are made for anyone who simply wants to spend 80 glorious minutes surrounded by a sea of very merry Goldens. Frankly, we can’t think of a more joyful way to kick-start Christmas.
If you’ve always dreamed of owning a Golden, it’s also the perfect chance to get to know the breed, meet Goldens of every age, chat to their humans and experience first-hand what makes them quite so special.
Need a festive serotonin fix? Consider this your prescription. Come cuddle some Goldens, grab a Christmas cocktail, take approximately 600 photos and leave significantly merrier than you arrived.
Bring your bestie, surprise a Golden-obsessed friend, plan the cutest festive date imaginable or just book because being surrounded by a sea of Golden Retrievers at Christmas sounds like a frankly EXCELLENT way to spend a weekend in town.
THE ICONIC PUPUCCINO BAR 🧁
No POP+BARK event is complete without a trip to our iconic Pupuccino Bar – and this Christmas, we’re giving it a deliciously festive glow-up. 🎄🧁
Watch your Golden take their rightful place at the bar and tuck into a gingerbread pup cup piled high with tasty toppings, biscuit treats and all their favourite goodies. Consider it their very own Christmas treat.
It’s messy. It’s ridiculously cute. Your dog will truly LOVE it!
Because a Pupuccino isn’t just a snack. It’s a whole moment – and judging by the queues of Goldens waiting (and drooling) at the bar, we can tell it’s the highlight of their day. 🎅🐾
FAMILY FRIENDLY FUN
Calling all little elves (and big kids too) – POP+BARK Christmas is made for the whole family.
We’ll have Christmas activity sheets, heaps of festive dog toys and squishies to play with the Goldens, plus our famous Bubble Bash – technically for the dogs, but we’ve yet to meet a kid who doesn’t get just as excited when the bubbles start flying.
Dress them up, bring them along and let them loose in a room full of Golden Retrievers, Christmas sparkle, bubbles and festive fun. And don’t forget, there’s a VERY special someone waiting to meet them too... Santa Paws! 🎅🐾

HELD AT THE DISTILLERY
We love The Distillery in Sutton Coldfield, it's easy to get to and provides a great setting for the event.
It’s big, beautiful and made for mingling with lots of floor space and comfy seating.
So make yourself at home on a comfy seat, grab a cocktail or spritz, order something delicious from the food menu and turn your POP+BARK visit into a proper feast.

- Don’t bring aggressive dogs to the event please
- Don't bring pregnant dogs or those in season for the safety & wellbeing of all
POP+BARK have 6 years experience in hosting safe events and:
- Make each indoor venue dog-proof and safe for them to roam
- Carry out a Risk Assessment prior to every event
- Safety check, sanitise and clean all the event props
- Ensure all staff are fully-trained and adept dog handlers
- Have one dog first-aid team member on site
ACCESSIBILITY
The venue has a wheelchair accessible entrance and there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Dogs attending the event must be friendly, well-socialised and up to date with their vaccinations (this will not be checked). Dogs showing aggression towards other dogs or humans will be asked to leave.
- POP+BARK are the organisers, Golden Retriever Cafe is the event and The Distillery is the venue. All parties take no responsibility for your dog or its actions, you must keep them safe and if your dog harms another dog or person it will fall under your own liability.
- Please check your Pet Insurance to ensure your dog is covered for public liability in the event they harm another dog or person. Should you bring more than one dog, ensure you have enough people to care responsibly them – suggested dog to human ratio is 2:1
- If you or your dog are harmed by someone else's dog you must resolve the matter with the dog's owner - POP+BARK and the venue take no responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending. Should a fellow guest harm your dog, they will be personally accountable and all issues must be resolved as if in a public space - the POP+BARK team cannot mediate.
- You must purchase the correct ticket to attend. If you are bringing a dog in your booking, all people in the party are then classed as 'Owners' and should be in possession of Owner tickets and in attendance with at least one dog.
- If neither you or the guests in your booking are bringing a dog with you to the event, you must buy a Dog Lover ticket.
- All children must be accounted for - children 16 or under are charged a reduced rate and children 6 or under are free but you must still order a ticket for them.
- All dogs must be accounted for and we ask you order a ticket for your dog (they are free) please do not attend without a ticket for them. If you attend and do not bring a dog with you but have purchased an Owner ticket it will be at the discretion of the organisers as to whether you are allowed in - you will be required to pay the additional costs to convert your ticket to a Dog Lover ticket plus a service fee.
- There is a No Refund policy in place due to the nature of these events - you must check you are available to attend before purchasing tickets. However, if in the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. All such requests are dealt with on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the organisers.
- If the event should be cancelled you will receive a refund minus the booking fee paid to TicketTailor or a Refund via Voucher so you can attend another event. The booking fee is £1 per paid ticket. There is no booking fee for free tickets (dog tickets or Children 6 or under)
- Dogs receive a free Pupuccino or a Pupcorn but all other food and drinks for humans and dogs are payable - the ticket covers entry only.
- Please only bring Golden Retrievers and Golden Retriever Crosses that are at least 50% Golden Retriever - unfortunately we are unable to accommodate doggy siblings or dog guests of other breeds.
- POP+BARK may film the event and footage could be used but not limited to: website, event and marketing promotion, social media content adverts and press materials. If you would like to request the removal of your image you can email help@popandbark.com but please be aware while we will endeavour to action any requests, on occasion we may not be able to remove footage once it has been published or in the public domain.
- We reserve the right to amend, reschedule or cancel the event at any time. We aim to provide guests suitable notice of any changes.
